These terms govern your use of the Athletes To Industry website and programme. Athletes To Industry is a trading name of Andrews Recruitment Group Ltd.

01. Who we are

Athletes To Industry is a structured career transition programme for athletes leaving sport. Athletes To Industry and The People System are trading names of Andrews Recruitment Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15629454), with its registered office at Second Floor South, The Fitted Rigging House, Anchor Wharf, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Andrews Recruitment Group Ltd. “You” refers to the person accessing this website or engaging with the programme. “Website” means athletestoindustry.co.uk and all of its pages.

02. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

03. The programme and services

Athletes To Industry provides career transition support to athletes, including career planning, access to training partners, and introductions to employer partners, delivered through The People System. Information on this website about the programme, its pathway, and its partners is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Participation in the programme, where offered, may be subject to separate agreements between you and Andrews Recruitment Group Ltd. Where there is any conflict between those agreements and these website terms, the separate agreement takes precedence in respect of the programme.

04. No guarantee of placement

We do not guarantee employment, a placement, an interview, a particular role, salary, or any specific result from engaging with the programme or this website. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the requirements of employer partners and your own circumstances and conduct.

05. Use of the website

You agree that you will not:

  • use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer, or database;

The People System is a talent and development platform that is a trading name of Andrews Recruitment Group Ltd. Access to and use of The People System may be governed by separate platform terms provided to you at the point of access. Those terms apply in addition to these website terms.
