Why this exists

Leaving elite sport
is rarely
well-handled.

A seventeen-year-old who has chased a contract for a decade, told they have not been picked up. A semi-pro in their late twenties whose body will not take another season. A retiring professional at thirty-two, physically fit, sharp, and quietly worried that the only thing they know how to do is play.

Most athletes leave the game with a CV that does not reflect them, a professional network that does not exist outside their sport, and an identity that has lived inside one discipline for as long as they can remember.

Athletes To Industry exists because being a great athlete and being a stranger to the working world should not be the same thing. We do not place athletes into jobs. We help them build the next career properly, with structure, support, and a real human running it.

Recruitment, not referral

Andrews Recruitment Group is a working recruitment business, not an athlete-development agency that has bolted on placement. Athletes are taken through by recruiters who place into real sectors every week.

A timed pathway

Week 1, Month 1, Month 3, Month 6, Month 12. Every athlete in the programme has visibility on what happens at each stage and what is expected of them. No drift.

A real operating system

The People System is a full talent and learning platform built and owned by ARG. Athletes, employers, trainers and courses sit on it. Everyone matched, nothing lost.

Industrial, technical, commercial, financial services, trades, media, sales. The match is built for the athlete, not bent toward a predefined client list.

The pathway, at a glance

The first ninety
days are ours.

Week 1 through Month 3 is owned by ARG. Screening, onboarding, workshops, introductions. From Month 6 onwards, the development plan is co-owned with the employer the athlete has joined. A clean structure. A real human at every step.
